After watching my friend get ordained as a priest at St. Phillip’s, I was so hungry that I skipped the meet & greet and beelined for this Waffle House, where I was the only customer for a solid two hours of highly engaging conversation and debate with my server and the line cook. I wish I remembered their names. Waffle House is always reliably delicious, but these two made this visit particularly meaningful, and that’s worth 10 stars.

I visit this location normally on a Fri or Sat night. I had a concern from the last visit. I called the location spoke to the manager about my concern. The manager was professional, understanding and immediately looked into mu concern. She called me back within 30 minutes, we discussed it and the concern was resolved. The manager name is Ms. Nicki . Ms. Nicki superceded my experience with kindness and a smile! She even welcomed me to lunch on my next visit!! Thank you Ms. Nicki my lunch was awesome!!

Rude waitress her name was Tequya or something like that she got upset due to me asking for a clean rag to wipe my own table she decided not to serve me and tell another waitress to serve me which I was fine but I was there at least 15 min before they helped me out since the other waiter had all her tables dirty

I was charged a $5 Togo fee. My waffle was burnt and disgusting. I asked for medium bacon, but I still received crispy bacon. The cook barely washed his hands before preparing the food. That should’ve been my first sign to leave. Will never be returning to this location.

This was hands down the worst waffle house I’ve ever been to. I received no receipt with a breakdown of my order, the chicken bacon melt meal is 7.69 plus tax but I was charged 11+ and it was a to go order. My food was absolutely sloppy and terrible. I asked for my hash browns to be well cooked, I got spaghetti. And the sandwich…. I can’t explain the incompetence it takes to mess it up that bad. The sweet tea was extra bitter, the lemonade was sour, even the sodas didn’t taste right. I really couldn’t believe it.
