Felt like the real deal dinner and not just another branch of a chain restaurant. The team are old folks (sorry if I’m offending, it is definitely not the intention) that out hard work straight from their heart. Our server was super charming and caring giving extra hard work as she is missing one arm. Super exceptional and very well appreciated.

#1014 – Workers were arguing. I don’t go to breakfast to hear squabbling. The bacon was over crisp. Waffle came out about 10 minutes after the rest of my breakfast. Coffee was good though.

Ac not working so two huge fan coolers working and in the way of a smooth operation. What I can not stand is the openness brought in many flies. A restaurant when serving food patrons should not have to be shooing flies to keep them off your good. Was a very uncomfortable visit. Everything needed cleaning.

Wasn’t busy at all. Friendly server, kept drinks full and made sure my daughter and I was satisfied. Food was hot and very tasty. I got the Chicken Melt Hashbrown bowl and my daughter got the kids Waffle and Bacon.

I went in tonight to make a to-go order. I was greeted by a nice waitress and she wrote down my order. I was very specific and made her call the order back to me to make sure it was correct. I went to the restroom and then sat and waited for my food. The waitress was very nice and bagged the food up and gave me the condiments and utensils I requested. I got home and u bagged my food to realize I was missing a waffle and sausage from my all star meal. I received eggs, raisin toast, and hash browns. I also ordered three separate orders of hash browns one was covered. As well as two waffle kids plates one with bacon and one with sausage. I received all the other items except the waffle and sausage for the all-star. I called and contacted the restaurant and she told me to come back and get the missing food. I sent my husband to get the food and when he got to the restaurant they wanted him to pay for the food. And argued that I didn’t order the all star and they weren’t going to replace the missing food. I will never eat at that waffle house again. As I payed $30 + dollars for missing food. Very unprofessional and rude.

The food was good as expected at waffle House and the service was prompt except when we asked if the table could be wiped down we were handed the cleaning cloth diys!. Me and my daughter had breakfast here this morning with my 2 grandbabies. The service was good, the place fairly clean, and the food was good until i got down to my last few bites of Grits. I saw a piece of plastic in my grits..so glad my grandboys didnt eat the grits!!!
