Although I have a waffle house closer than this location to my house but I prefer going to this location. Their food is fresh and tasty. They clean their grill and stove after every meal they cook which was the main reason I started coming here because the other was would always serve me with sagging hash brown with black crumbs of grill stuck to it and always forget some item I order. This waffle house has the best service even on busy weekends, they serve fast and fresh.

Weird experience. The empty tables were dirty, no attempt to clean them. They weren’t that busy, but some high school kids came to visit. They were standing by the register and moved so I could pay my bill. The service was okay, but it was obvious something was going on. Possible exchange of something? Whatever it was, it kept all working from cleaning. Once your areas are clean, relax. My table was sticky, I really should have gotten their washrag and started cleaning tables.

Food was delicious but we had two waitresses supposed to be taking care of us. We saw 1 when she took our order and brought it out and then we saw the other when she brought the check and checked on us. That was it. Glad we didn’t need refills or anything.

We were seated and taken care of quickly despite it being packed. They planned accordingly for it being a Saturday. I counted at least ten employees. Service was great. Food was good. Location seemed clean even new or recently remodeled.

We went there this morning to have breakfast with my mother. I have worked in this industry for almost 30yrs….. and my husband has and is managing in this industry since 1992…….It’s not rocket science, we ordered bacon ……one order was hold the weight!!!!!!……and the other order was with the weight,…..when our food came it’s BURNT……we sent it back and it came back limp and burnt on the edges. I also uad to send my waffle back due a hair being in my waffle….. although they recooked the bacon and the waffle, I would not be going back. The staff was more worried about talking to each other than getting our food out.

I don’t know what it is about this waffle house it’s always dead yet nobody can answer a phone and when they do they can’t seem to get a simple order right maybe it’s the fact there so freaking high they look like there gonna pass out I work nights so when I get off I wanna get my favorite breakfast and head home this specific waffle house has failed me over and over again I get the same thing everytime and they leave the one thing I ask for off of it everytime this is the first time in 4 months they actually answered the phone any other time I had to go in to it being dead not a soul in the store to put my order in with the same stuck lady everytime I politely ask if they got everything in my order and I get a rude response
