If I could I would give the place 0 stars. I called to place an order to go and once I was greeted over the phone and stated that I was ordering to go, I got hung up on. I then called once AGAIN and was greeted AGAIN, after stating that I was placing an order to go Tee Tee proceeded to ask someone in the background if they wanted to take a to-go order, I have no idea what their response was but then I was waiting on the phone for 10mins without a warning. She then comes back on the phone and asked me if I was still there to which I replied “yes ma’am, are you ready to take my order” and she said “no, not yet”. I understand places like this can be busy on Sunday mornings but proper communication goes a long way. I told her I would just stop in to order instead because I was obviously going to have to wait and risk getting hung up on again. I walked into the Waffle House and up to the counter where there was a person getting cashed out so I was in line waiting my turn, once it was my turn I asked if I could place an order to go and Tee Tee said I could order after she cashed out the customer that had gotten in line after me. Obviously cashing someone out is quicker than taking a new order but there’s lines for a reason. Horrible customer services at this location and the sign that says “…. If you feel like you can do their job better, we’re accepting applications” is something I’m sure corporate would not approve of because yes, I could 100% have better customer service and have definitely demonstrated in previous and current employment…. I just don’t have a reason to work at Waffle House.

Waffle House Dalton Ga 5/21/23.. Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt Plate with hash browns was fabulous. The service was a little slow considering I was one of only 2 customers in the store. But overall a pleasant dining experience. Thank You.

The lady’s that was working the night shift when I went in was amazing! They was great at getting my order, ringing it up, and getting it all cooked within a record time ⏲️. Very friendly as well, they held cinversation with me while my order was being cooked and bagged up and asked about where I was going and complimenting me on multiple things.

As we used to eat Waffle at Abbas, Waffle House is a bit dissappointing for us. It is more artificial and mass produced product. But it is very easy to find anywhere in US. Maybe we should try breakfast another day.

Go see Donna at Waffle House she has a great energy it may be pack on Sunday but the staff is so productive it’s not even a long wait. Everyone is so courteous but Donna really makes your experience great! Highly recommend. Go see that outstanding Waffle House staff .
