I was greeted before I could get fully through the door, the whole crew had great hospitality. I got the pork chop and eggs meal which was seasoned to perfection. It didn’t take long at all to order or wait for it, will be going back.

Worst waffle house I’ve ever been to. We came in around 6pm to get breakfast for dinner and were the only ones in the store. We were told to sit anywhere we wanted. So when we made our way to some seats by the front windows we were told “except there!”. So found another seat. No big deal.

I walked in at 6:40am for a chicken grit bowl. Im just now getting my food at 7:26am. All I ordered was a chicken grit bowl. The woman who took my order was sweet and went above and beyond and I swear that’s the only thing saving this dumpster fire. Food good tho. Edit: I never got to fully enjoy my food because what was given was not what I wanted. You would think if you get a signature bowl and add chicken then you would get the whole thing (egg, cheese, grits..etc). However I just got chicken and grits and cheese. When I went back they told me that that a chicken grit bowl doesn’t come with eggs and you have to add them for extra (not on the actual menu). This is my first time ordering with the current cooks/managers and I’ve gotten this order before a few weeks ago and I didn’t have this issue. So it seems like they’re trying to avoid accountability. While I could have tried to reason and get the food I’ve been waiting so long for I just asked for my money back. It’s 8:05 am now. And again kudos to the woman who took my order a little old white lady they should take my refund out of the manager who made my orders check and hopefully not hers.

Lovely waitress. Pleasant and very helpful. She was a pleasure. However place was messy and the grill needed cleaning. It is a good place to go for late night convenience just needs a little TLC. When that happens I would give it a 4.

Picked up food and called it ahead. They actually got my order 100% correct, which doesn’t always happen when ordering on the phone and especially when ordering hash browns (which I think is the most incorrectly prepared food on their menu when asking for toppings). The waffle was great and I got country ham for my side as well. It was overall a good experience, the only complaint is that I had to stand around and try to get someone’s attention when I came in to pick up my order. But otherwise, once they started helping me out they were nice and quick.

I ordered the allstar meal (waffle, toast, bacon, grits, and scrambled eggs). My waffle was burnt and hard. My ‘scrambled’ eggs are watery and not fully cooked, almost like it’s sunny side up. My bacon is very undercooked as well, there’s no crunch to it at all. I can’t even eat most my meal from it being undercooked or over cooked.

My family was in a rush and on the road for my kids soccer game…my husband went in to grab me a coffee..the waitress stated there were no sugar packets, no stirrer, but offered for us to take the suvar glass outside to our car. I went in asked for at least a to go plastic knife or spoon she told me Noo. It wouldnt reach to the bottom of the cup..I asked again..first off.. mind your buisness..bad attitude and if you offered for me to bring something to my car and back in the establishment..that is gross. Pic of the knife in the cup…imagine that..it fits!!

Got ignored by the employees. The young girl taking the takeout orders ignored me the whole 12 minutes before another young lady told me to please wait. The second young pregnant lady saw that I was getting no help so she took my order. Finally when my food got done I was told my tip was not going to the young pregnant lady who actually helped me but instead my tip was going to the young lady who completely ignored me. I believe that my tip should go to the person who helped me not to the person who ignored me and didn’t do anything for me.
