Food is good, but they will not answer the phone when I call to give my order like they did on this morning and last 3-4 times I called, so I don’t eat and they lose money, and I happen to pass it on the way to go get something else and only 1-3 people so they aren’t to busy to answer the phone and take orders, SO they are purposely not taking orders, and losing money! And I believe Waffle house should be checking this because I think it’s the workers there not answering so they don’t have to bother! And that costs Waffle house $$ and It’s a bigger issue than they think!

They were busy, which is fine. Spent at least 8 min standing by the door (all tables were taken or dirty) and no one said “we’ll be right with you” or even acknowledge we were there. Walked out. Recommend the waffle house on the west bound side of the highway.
