I have never been to a waffle house that had all clean dishes. This visit it was silverware and cups. Just need to ask for my drink in a to go cup and plastic utensils. Food is always good

My husband and just walked into waffle house. No one else was in the restaurant. My husband greeted the staff and they said nothing. Not good, evening or how are you. NOTHING. They proceeded with their conversation. If waffle house doesn’t want my money. I’ll keep it. And I we did. They could use some Chic Fil A training.

Great service, thier menu is greatly reduced. No more steak or Chicken Fried Steak. The chef did a fantastic job. Cooked to perfection. They even asked how my meal was. The booths were a little narrow.

First of all I would like to say customer service was trash! Our waitress (Hannah) was to distracted to the other employee that was off the clock and hanging around talking mess ….. That one employee was really rude and loud, I understand she’s off the clock, but she shouldn’t be on the phone yelling on the phone in the dining areas! And distract another employee while they doing their job……Our food came out and was all wrong.. Waffles was burn! Chicken did not get chopped up the food was coming out slow…. I will not becoming back here for sure smh

Waffle house in general will always rank high in my book for a multitude of reasons. It should almost be coined “the hub of food and community”. The staff at this location are polite, and cordial. There is visible pride in the interactions between themselves and the customers. The cooks are all seasoned and trained, there’s hardly a dirty table or more than a few minute wait before being serviced. I recommend this waffle house if you’re in the local area.

This was first time I visited this Waffle House after its remodeling. It was always my favorite Waffle House to eat at for years. I wasn’t impressed with the remodel and felt it made serving harder for the staff and added more time to the customers service.

The only thing I don’t like is you don’t serve french fries. Most people like french fries or onion rings with their sandwich, and I love your sandwich’s. But I don’t care for hash browns with my sandwich. Please put them on the menu, trust me they would sell.
