DO NOT STOP HERE!!!! If I could give zero stars I 100% would. A week ago ( from the time of writing this) I was released from the hospital after having had surgery. Father, MIL, and myself stopped in for some food on our way home (from a couple hours away) when we walked in we weren’t even acknowledged after staying there for a couple min. We were very aware there was only on waitress and one additional employee cooking. Being sympathetic to that, we sat ourselves and offered to clean our spot for them, but waitress declined with attitude. So we patiently waited. Waitress ignored us, except to get us drinks, until during her passing us by for the fiftieth time, Father let her know we were ready for menus to order when she had a moment. She with a very snotty attitude told him”well Im the only one here so you’re gonna have to wait” after about five minutes we were finally given menus to look at and she stomped off with attitude when she realized we couldn’t immediately tell her what we wanted. Once we decided she never came back for our order. My father became irritated at the lack of service, and the nasty attitude she gave us, so we left. My father paid for our drinks and let the waitress know, that we were leaving and that she was missing out on what could have been a very generous tip because of her nasty attitude. She began to berate my father calling him names and telling to to get the f out. Ect. Then the cook joined in, without knowing what was happening, in typical waffle house fashion. A person goes into waffle house without any expectations, but the attitude and behavior of the two employees that were there was unacceptable even for a waffle house. My suggestion to anyone passing through the area would be to AVOID THIS WAFFLE HOUSE!

Honestly, it’s one of the best waffle houses I’ve been to,great service,amazing servers. Dejah was lovely, and this goat of a woman pulled up with the free cupcakes. 10 out of 10 would come back with the kids after custody hearing

Arrived during busy time. Several tables needed to be bussed. When we asked, we were told they would get to it. The employee then cleaned the bar area and started doing other things but not cleaning the table for guests. Wife started clearing table so we could sit and another employee told her she could not do that. When my wife attempted to grab some napkins to wipe the table the employee grabbed her wrist only to let go when my wife told her not to touch her. The employee said they were busy; well, that means by us cleaning the table we would have been helping them. We left at that point, mainly because the employee, with no provocation or reason grabbed my wife. This was unacceptable and uncalled for. There is surveillance video installed so I am sure Waffle House corporate can see what occurred. This happened on March 26, 2023 at around 1:30 pm.

We came around 1145 AM to eat but obviously we were invisible because not one person acknowledged us. The counter was empty and one booth. We chose the booth but NO ONE came to clean it off!!! We stood there staring at 6 or 7 employees just talking to each other but not one person took it upon themselves to come and clean the table off or say give me a second. I’m a Proud Veteran who served in 3 combat tours willingly to help protect our country but I come home and receive some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever had. I will NEVER. EVER COME TO OR RECOMMEND THIS WAFFLE HOUSE, EVER! I’ll ALSO MAKE SURE THAT I TELL ALL OF MY CO-WORKERS AT THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS about this experience. Worst waffle house experience I’ve ever had. I think the cook was high and was vaping his weed vape right next to the stoves. I was served bacon that was black and burnt to a crisp, sausage patties that were cooked into sausage bricks and a waffle that could have been used as a Frisbee. Servers were friendly but not very attentive and empty tables had not been cleaned… I had to get a servers attention to even get initial service. I do not recommend this location. Choose one of the others that are close by.

Food was good, as expected, but just didn’t feel the same. I’m not a fan of the chopped down menu. Employees seemed more at odds than a team. It looked like a lot of people who just wanted to be in charge and being personable with the customers was an after thought. Could just be me.

Service was ok because there was only two servers and one cook….but here’s the kicker…I noticed one of the server’s whose the manager had not been wearing gloves…when she came to the table it looked as though she has a skin condition…well we get the register and I asked her does she have exema and she agreed along with scratching her hands…she had been washing dishes without gloves..I will not be coming back.. unsanitary and just disgusting.. especially knowing she was handling plates and cooking food….
