Had to give stars to add my experience. They forgot to put my order in, and my husband was done eating 10 min or longer when my food had finally arrived. This place was not busy at all, or I’d understand a little. Guy came in way after us, and he had his food way before me. Needless to say, I will never go back to that location. Jackson and Gray got it going on if you want great food and service, no matter how busy they are, and they have a smaller staff, but they get it done. The only thing good is I didn’t have to pay for my food.

Simply the worst. I could write a novel about my dissatisfaction but instead I’ll will not dine here again and do my best to encourage my family & friends to dine elsewhere. The cook acted as if he didn’t want to the be there. The counter was sticky .This place is supposed to be 24/7 but they were shutting down…… why? Presentation is EVERYTHING… then taste. How does food that literally just left the grill gets cold in-2 minutes? Decided to sneak a taste before going home……. The cook didn’t even try. I Should have checked my food before leaving the restaurant just like I used to do at the McDonald’s on Harrison road.

I would like to give this particular one a 0 star rating! The service was absolutely terrible! I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get an orange juice. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food and then it was only semi-warm and my grits were lumpy and didn’t have any butter. But the cook and waitress were too busy playing on the phone and talking to each other to do their job. If I ever go back again and the same people are working, I will not be eating there! It was completely ridiculous!!!!

Waited for a table which is no problem. Several tables were empty but the employees wouldn’t clean them off. An employee finally cleaned off one table and gave it to a friend that walked in 30 minutes after we did. Left and went to Famous Mike’s instead.

I have went in twice around seven at night and both times have been horrible. They weren’t busy ,tables dirty had to wat forever for food and drinks,server didn’t hardly wait or check on us. Have done two feedbacks and haven’t heard from management either time.
