Customer service is what looses the stars. They all speak when you come in but no smiles. Waitress took my order with eyes in the receipt pad. Time from the stove to the table was fine. Food was fine. Waitress never did come back to ask if I wanted more coffee or was the food ok.

The waitress, Wynter, was not nice at all. She acted as if she hates her job. Not a smile at all. She never came back to the table to check on us. The food was cold. Forgot to bring the water we asked for when we ordered. Then had an attitude because we asked her again(30 minutes later). Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Cleanest, quietest, fastest waffle house I’ve ever been too. The staff all greeted me at the door, and my food was up before I was done stirring sugar in my coffee. Ms. Tia was an absolute pleasure and very attentive. Will be coming back next time I roll through Macon.

Too much loud discussion of employee relations drama, including cuss words and attitude, to be able to enjoy a meal in peace. Food was made accurately and quickly. Server was fairly attentive. Time could be spent on deep cleaning between rushes. Uncomfortable with them eating their own food on the side while working.

Very poor on speed skills . Took an hour for our plates to get to our table another hour just about to get our ticket. Either get more people to help y’all out on nightshift or get some one who knows what they doing . This is the slowest waffle house I ever been too and what’s bad it wasn’t even crowded ….. Smh

Customer service was entirely horrible. asked for hash browns with veggies and received cheese that I didn’t ask for. I went on my 30 min lunch break and I don’t get off until 7pm. When I asked for my meal to be replaced because I now have to wait 5 hours until I can eat.

This waffle house is poorly managed. I came in on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30. Only one other table in the restaurant took 20 mins to get water and another 10 mins for waitress to take our food order. Then when it was called out we had to correct the cook because the waitress called it out wrong. Definitely not my favorite waffle house in the area.

I eat at Waffle House more often than any other restaurant, best coffee anywhere, tell them you want fresh coffee and they will put a fresh pot on. Mostly eat breakfast anytime but have great burgers and other lunch and dinner plates.

Would not recommend. Service is slow. And I was told I couldn’t place a to go order bc I wanted a “major meat”…. I’m not sure if this is a company policy but I never had this issue at any other Waffle House.
