A pleasant, friendly, restaurant to enjoy a tasty meal. The wait staff is very attentive, to the progress and needs you may have to enjoy your meal, and dining experience. My server (Bernie) was exceptional nice, and kind. If she wasn’t serving or taking orders,, she was cleaning many areas, and sanitizing tables.. She definitely will provide great service, and put a smile on anyone’s face.

**shout out to JP for keeping her cool and remaining professional when coworkers were clearly trying her!! She’s great! This review does not reflect her!** Never expected much cause it’s Waffle House, but Jesus. Staff cursing right in front of children and being overly rude to people for no reason. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Attitudes with people walking in the door just asking how long the wait for a table is.. 4 different servers, 2 people on the flat top. I use to work in Hinesville and Richmond Hill locations and I have to say, Jerry Spry would NEVER allow this. Whew.

Love the Waffle House here in Savannah, recommend only going when poochie is there because the other wait staff and cooks have horrible attitudes, I can only speak about the evening times. After 9 pm is when I’m referring to.
