By far the worst customer service I have ever received at a waffle house. From the moment we walked the ladies working had a chip on their shoulder. The one lady nearly took my head off when we went to sit at a table that was clear, but hadn’t been wiped. So I asked her if she was having a good day. She didn’t like that to much, because she got very rude. Then when our server was taking our order she was very short, and bitter. The restaurant was gross. 8 tables in the whole place and 5 tables just sitting there dirty the whole 45 minutes we were there.

I had the all star meal with the peach waffles. The waffles were absolutely amazing. I was so surprised they were that good, I’d highly recommend them. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and rushed so she did get to us alittle late, but other than that the staff seemed nice and the place was clean.

Waited at a table for 40 minutes, granted it was busy, but we never we’re acknowledged by any waitress, & than we got told to move to a different table before anyone said anything to us. This also is not the first time an experience like this has happened.

Look this is a waffle house not some fancy continental restaurant but this is the best waffle house I have been to. I am rating this in terms of waffle houses not comparing michelin starred finw diningvto this. This waffle house has very little staff turn over and Donna and Vaughn are the very best service staff you could get anywhere. Its busy because they are the best of the 4 nearby waffle houses.
