Food good. Didn’t realize until today they charge 10% for the person who takes your takeout order and 10% for the utinzels given to you. That’s a 20% charge for a takeout order.

Food was great. Didn’t know that they charge you 20% more on your bill for carry out. Order was 64.00 and some change but paid 74.00 something because it was a carry out. Not right and never have been told that before.

This was a total bust. I came in from the Hilton next door since it was so close and live Waffle House back home in NC. I ordered the All Star and nothing came out right. First time I’ve ever sit down in a restaurant and have so many problems. Waffle was soft, bacon was under cooked. Usually get two eggs with the All Star and received one. Asked for smothered,covered, chunked on my hash browns and received just the hash browns till I said something, then the cheese and onions were put on straight from the cooler. Oh and didn’t even get my toast.

Slow service at the most, some employees use profanity while customers are there, some of the cooking machines needed cleaning and my order wasn’t even ready after I called it in. On most trips, no one answers the phone to take your order; a recording comes on saying visit the restaurant in person to place order… what’s the point

Manager left me on hold for 10 min never came back to the phone. Got in placed my order 25 min in asked for an update they hadn’t even start cooking yet. Stay away from EAST Albany Waffle house. Called Lee County same order was perfect and ready in less than 5 min

Absolute slowest service ever. I called in and ordered and it still took 30 minutes to prepare my order. The guy only gave me one waffle and I had to wait another 10 minutes for him to make the other. Too slow for me

Server Ray was outstanding. Greeting with a genuine smile upon walking in the door is priceless. Kudos to the chef/cook. This was my FIRST waffle house experience where everyone in the table received their food around the same time. That has already been a patience with me. Today was not the case. These two make a great team!!
