Came into (Waffle store # 2067) around 1:15 PM with my family and felt as if we were back in the 1950s. The server came to our table and immediately complained that she was tired. She took our order and made a few mistakes, which I didn’t take anything of. She brings out part of our food, which was cold because she was too busy catering to a specific table that was adjacent to our table. As with any server, we politely notified her the mistakes with our order. She then proceeded to take a break while we were still waiting on a waffle. She never refilled our drinks; however, she catered to a specific table. The cook called for waffle pickups and the server proceeded to give the waffles to the “specific table” of people. One of the elderly women proceeded to try to give me one of the waffles that was sat in front of her, which I turned down. I spoke up and said, “We are waiting on one more waffled over here.” An elderly woman from this “specific table” gets up and comes over to me and my family’s table says,“ I am her grandmother, please be kind to her.” This infuriated me and I immediately asked for a to go carry out for the reminder of our food.

The waitress is to busy talking to the cook and playing on her IPhone to pay attention to the customer. Walked away from us in the middle of a order. We won’t be coming back. I had to ask for a refill she got attitude stuck her fingers in my glass! Then hands my drink back. The food was burnt. Every time look up she’s on the phone. I’m contacting corporate about this service.

I have always recieved decent customer service. I always order the Fiesta omelette, a side of hashbrowns with cheese and jalepenos added, and a biscuit. If you plan to go on during the morning on a weekend arrive early. They are extremely busy and no parking available or tables will be available.

We got into town pretty late and it was one of two places open. It’s small and was pretty busy for 11pm, but we didn’t have to wait long at all. The service was great. Hashbrown bowls are pretty epic and their patty melts were fantastic! I’d love to come back here.
