I understand not being able to open register for cash but to turn away people who are willing to pay with their card is ridiculous. I don’t understand how using a credit card has anything to do with the cash drawer. I forgot Waffle House doesn’t require a high school diploma to work. The young African American girl is proof and she must be being forced to work there because she is so rude and arrogant after it’s her fault that your order is messed up.

Best waffle house experience. The staff at this location greeted us with warm smiles and energetic voices. Our server was Tee-Tee and she was an absolute delight. Our food was made quickly and it was just what we needed to accomplish our goals for the day. Thank you to the staff and I hope they continue to treat all guests this way.
