In Orange Beach on vacation looking for dinner with a couple hungry kids, all the “normal” dinner places right here in walking distance were full up with an hour wait but low and behold the Waffle House was empty and we sat immediately. The hostess/waitress/cook was the most wonderful and helpful server I have had in years. I can’t tell you how much fun the kids had having breakfast for dinner and our waitress made the whole time so memorable.

Foo was good and the service was good. Pretty busy, but that’s to be expected. Over easy eggs were a little under cooked, but the grits were done very well. It’s a great waffle house on the beach.

Our family loves the Waffle House and this was THE BEST experience yet! On a recent vacation, we came to this location for breakfast. Service was incredibly friendly, restaurant was clean (no greasy table or seats), and the food was prepared perfectly- best sausage hashbrown bowl EVER!!

Avoid the server Jessica if you go there. She may be the dumbest server I have seen at a restaurant. She could not get a simple eggs and bacon order right, and forgot my father’s order of toast. When he asked she took 5 mins to put his order for toast in. When he’s asked for jelly for his toast she seemed annoyed and dumbfounded.

What a nightmare. Place was filthy, prices were through the roof and despite no one at our table ordering anything with ham, every plate had random cubes of ham hidden throughout. From an extremely limited menu, for two adults and three kids we paid over $60 (the kids ordered a bowl of loaded hashbrowns and adults JUST a sandwhich). When asked about an incorrect item on the ticket, the woman caught an attitude and said beach prices were just higher. When prompted again about an item on the ticket we didn’t order, she called the young girl over to fuss at her in front of us. We only saw our waitress when she rang us up and when she decided she wanted to make small talk while we ate. She didn’t even take our order, actually none of the older employees save for the cook were actually working. They were all on phones or eating while the younger workers scrubbed the DISGUSTING floors and washed an overflowing sink of dishes while also serving customers. A table had to be “cleaned” before we could sit down despite the place having 7+ tables open. Even the windows and windowsills were disgusting. Wish I would have taken more pics. Save your money and don’t go here.

We stayed near Orange Beach in Florida and Alabama and we are there 3 days out of the 6 days we stayed. Food was delicious and service was great! We don’t have this in Vegas but if we did we would be there all the time!
