Vicki was our waitress and she is by far the nicest and Friendliest person we met since we been coming here she made us feel like family instead customers. She went over and beyond and checked on us periodically and offered another order of food to correct the mistake on our order which we declined cause we enjoyed the food and she was very nice to us. She deserves recognition and a raise for her professionalism and the way she Handles customers.

In the field of customer service I am very appreciative of the experience my family and I had from start to end. We are Sunday regulars but when we get Rage for our service it is always awesome. She is all about the customer experience from cleaning the table, making sure she was ordering the correct items for us and checking on us regularly for drink refills and any other needs. What was really nice is she was thanking us for many different things that others would take for granted. Thank you for you great service every time.

I mean it’s waffle house. Sometimes everything works and is right and sometimes you get the new guy making your food. Stop spraying the waffle irons so much and so heavy. I like a darker waffle. Never going to happen if you’re cooling down the iron with spray. “Well if don’t spray it, it’ll stick”. Not if it’s seasoned right. Best grilled chicken out there.

they always take care of me! My wife has a special diet and if they have it they will make something anyway she needs it period our waitress today, Nunu, was very nice and joyful. that’s good to have early in the morning when you have a friend in the hospital. This unit has plenty of room including some extra chairs for when it gets crowded or somebody’s waiting for takeout. Good location.

For someone who is at the waffle house as much as I am I have had great service and I have had what I thought was bad service. Tonight was the worst service ever at a waffle house.We had to ask for everything including our drinks, butter and syrup for the waffle, straws, silverware, which was not clean. The liquid all over the plate is what I was told was gravy.
