Don’t usually go 5 stars on restaurants. You have to be exceptional, and this Waffle House is the exception to all other ones. The staff was great, perfectly cooked to order lunch. Overall, it was a great experience. Very clean as well.

Highly disappointed, we waited around for nearly two hours for the after the bars brawls to begin. Huge disappointment! The food was as advertised and as expected. I was on the toilet within 45 mins and then I felt allot better.

By far the worst Waffle House experience. It wasn’t busy when we visited, but took nearly an hour to get all of our food AND it was wrong! They cooked and brought our food out one person at a time. The waitress couldn’t even understand general English. Absolutely would not recommend this location. Save your time and money! McDonald’s would have been a better option.

I just wanted to share something that has never happened in this establishment. I am regular and always have outstanding service, but today (Sunday 27th August 2023 _ 09:30) was a young blonde lady without a head cover in the cooking line. I pointed it to one of waiter(Thai young men)and he bought up to her attention, but still refused to continue cooking without a cover on her hair. Good thing my food was cooked prior to her being on the cooking line. My sitting location at the time was in bar near the cash register. Individuals like either not be in cooking line or be council about her duties. The duty manager should have pointed this issue out to her before stepping into the cooking line

We arrived there this morning as I have several times previous, to place an order to go. After placing my order to go, we waited for over 20 minutes and when I went to pay, they told me they could not do to go order. Yeah there had been three people walk out while I was waiting that had place that you go order. Absolutely terrible service especially being that I get to go order that leave once a week. The manager once I went to pay, told me she stopped doing to go orders because they were busy. I do understand when establishments do not have enough workers to compensate, yet I had already been there for almost 30 minutes at this point and was just trying to pay for my order ahead of time. Absolutely will not return!

I don’t normally go to Waffle House, but when I travel to Florida, I always make sure to come to this one. Great food. Tremendous pace. Wonderful staff. 90% of why my friends and I come here is because of one of the waitresses: Newclear. She’s just the beat man! Every time we come in, Newclear takes care of us with excellent service and is smiling, friendly, and kind. Great job Waffle House. 10/10!!!

This place is a disaster.. waitresses are rude and have no customer service or care. Was not cleaning any tables off on purpose so customers couldn’t sit down. I sit at the bar for 15 mins Noone said anything I finally hasd to ask for my order to be taken got my food over an hr later. And not one tabled cleaned off. Customers were all waiting awhile then leaving and some were moving plates off tables and putting them on other tables themselves so they could sit down at a table. And when I got my food it definitely wasn’t worth the hour wait. And to go orders waithing 2 hrs for there orders.
