I had placed an order over the phone for me and my coworkers it was not a small order by any means and I literally work 5 minutes away from there 10 minutes later my food was ready hot and good they gave me extra condiments and our server he was absolutely wonderful he was kind courteous cater to every meal I had without question and the best customer service skills that I have seen in a very long time for such a young man and he was wonderful it is a great place to to eat just sit back and chill or take out

Fantastic experience. Edward prepared my food perfectly! My “Marcella Waffle” (LOL) was delicious, as was all the food. Marcella & Tami were awesome Servers & fun to talk to !!!!! The Restaurant was clean, including the restrooms!

We are locals and walked in at 9:50 Tuesday the 28 and was told we weren’t allowed to order more than 3 things for a Togo order (mind you not one customer was in there) and the male that was working got mad when we asked why and he said he didn’t want to get swamped and if we didn’t like it we could get F@&$ out and never come back. I’m just a bit confused I didn’t know there was an order limit for family and never have been treated so bad in any place EVER! Needless to say we won’t be coming back EVER as he implied!

I heard of Waffle House but we don’t have them in CA. I’m not crazy about waffles but they have the best peanut butter waffles & bacon for sure. I enjoyed my All Star Special with the exception of the grits. I will get the hash browns instead on my next visit. The place is small but the kids like coming here for waffles & bacon. Price is reasonable for the amount of food they serve, quick bite & kids friendly.

Maybe my experience was unique, but there was one cook and one server. The server was having a hard time keeping orders straight, and at check out I’m not sure she correctly tallied up our order. What she wrote down on the ticket didn’t look like it matched up with meals and she took a good 5 min in front of me consulting some cheat sheet before she scribbled all whole numbers on the paper and added it up. It seemed close to what I expected and I had already been there far longer than I wanted. The food took a long time even though we were the first orders in when we arrived (2 adults and 4 kids). The place had a bit more syrup residue on the floor and tables than I find reasonable for a Waffle House.

I work at waffle house…. but it seems everytime I come to this specific one in the afternoon or during the night shift usually only the cooks has ever bothered to try and get my order . Half the time I have to write my own ticket and I have to ask three to four times for the basic things like silverware or my drink… groups who arrive after me are greeted served and gone by the time a server even looks at me long enough to ask if I am going to order anything… the reasoning I get for them ignoring me is that they didn’t know I want to order or they thought I was there to see someone….what is with this . They admitted they ignore me purpose because I’m the significant other of someone who works there. Then get mad when they are called out on it because it happens even when they aren’t working…. then instead of following policy by having sections they are doing ups. For those who don’t know what ups are it’s where you take turns taking tables. Instead of having assigned tables that you are in charge of taking care of. Though they claim they have sections though both are taking tables in the same section…. at least the cooks pay attention to what’s is going on….
