Hashbrowns good, cheesesteak tasted off. Not spoiled but close to it. Tried to catch server’s attention but they were occupied rehashing the drunken exploits of a coworker who had a bad break up. Cashier didn’t ask how my meal was, likely didn’t care much. I’ve seen cleaner jails than this place. Might be better to choose a different place for breakfast in Pensacola.

Had a great experience here. 11pm dining. Only one cook here tonight however he made all our food quickly and it was all perfect, and we had 9 people in our party. The waiter Brandon Greene was so social and was very attentive. Food was hot, never an empty glass, and we didn’t wait long at all.

Liked this store, it was clean and the service was fast and nice. As companies like UBER, LYFT, Doordash and others steal from worker’s tips, I always ask the host where do the tips go, mostly those added to the card payment. In the case of Waffle House they explained me that the tip goes directly to the host, which is fair but it could be shared with the cooks as well. Please always check where the tips goes and denounce the tip stealer business!

First time trying a Waffle House. Walked in and Place looked like one of those 2am WH fights just happened like you see on social media. Tables not clean, workers yelling and running around like chickens with their head cutoff. Wasn’t too busy. There were a few bikers at the bar and a couple seating at a table. We were a party of 8 we were greeted by Jucci/Jacci(?) she was sweet and assertive. With the help of a another coworker she got some clean tables ready for us within minutes. She got our drink orders but forgot to give a us menus which she apologized and told us they have been swamped since 8am(it was noon when we arrived). Got our drinks and she told us what WH offers. She introduced that menu like a priest with a bible. even told us other items they offered that were not on the menu. Food arrived quickly after a little mishap a worker burned all the waffles but jacci/jucci let us know it wasn’t gonna be much longer for replacements. I got the cheesesteak sandwich. I highly recommend. Also blueberry an almond waffles were the best and I’m more of a pancake person. Our waitress made sure we were fine and kept our drinks topped off. Definitely recommend this restaurant if your passing thru.

#1 Complaint. The coffee was weak & old. $3 a cup!!!! Three of us that was $9. Honestly it was the worst coffee. I have ever had from any restaurant. Come on now, Waffle House is famous for the Coffee. Y’all continue that; I predict that waffle House will go out of business.

Stopped here on our way home to Texas, and I have always enjoyed eating breakfast at Waffle Houses all over the United States. The food here was great and service was friendly. Our waitress “Broom”… (yes, it’s Broom.. lol) was sassy (in a good way) and full of energy. If ever I were to come back through this area… I would definitely stop here again.

What a surprising meal, Waffle House has a reputation for not being the best in town, but this was a perfect meal for us. My wife got the hash brown Bowl we loved it, I had the All-American with the waffle grits ham toast and egg and I am stuffed! I love to have my eggs over easy but it’s so hard to find a cook that can do them the way I like them. Let me tell you the cook here has it mailed! My eggs were perfect! The server that took our order was very friendly and helpful the kitchen staff really has it together and I think we got our food faster than anywhere we’ve eaten in the last several weeks.
