My dine in experience was terrible. Ordered an All-Star and never got the waffle and after reminding them for the last time as I was leaving they brought it to go. I accidentally left it trying to get me and my 1 year old out of the door. Tried to come back a few days later and they wouldn’t honor my waffle order. That’s insane. On top of terrible service (the waffle was not the only issue) they wouldn’t even rectify when I tried to come back and patronize their business again. I hate places with management and service like this. Won’t come back and I will encourage anyone I know not to go.

We went in here because it’s my daughters birthday and she wanted breakfast for dinner. Monique I think is how you spell it was the friendliest person we had dealt with all day her and I think Bri is what the other ladies name was. They made my daughters day and she was great at her job. More places need workers like Monique. And Bri did amazing with the cooking I think she is also newer from over hearing.

Service poor, I sat at the bar and ended up staring at the gill cook’s underware the whole time bc his pants were falling down. Waitresses would rather talk than serve. Got two things wrong on order. Plus waffle and eggs were way undercooked. I generally like Waffle house but I’ll never go back to this one.

Not a 24 hr. location as suggested by the hrs. online. Food quality can be miles apart depending on the grill cook. Not great today. Hashbrowns undercooked across the board. Some of my over medium eggs undercooked, other parts overcooked with broken yolks. A shame since my expierence yesterday was so different.

We went on a Sat morning. No one greeted us so we stood at the entrance waiting for instructions on seating. Two other parties came in after us and did the same. Eventually one of the employees told us to look for tables that were not dirty. There was only 1 table available, and it was not yet cleaned so we decided to go to the counter. The employee wiped off the counter and when I thanked her, she did not even acknowledge us. We decided to go elsewhere. We have always had a positive experience in Waffle House. We will be in Gainesville for a few weeks and will definitely not be going back to this Waffle House.

We finally have a Waffle House in the neighborhood! My son and I were so excited to have a good breakfast diner nearby. The place is brand new and exceptionally clean. Great service and tasty food! We both ordered a breakfast combo meal and commented that the waffles were great (eggs and sausage too). While I normally don’t like going to chain restaurants, this Waffle House will replace the dearly missed Daybreak Pleasant Street.

Good service and excellent food. A happy surprise for me was that all tax is included in the cost of the meal so what you see is what you pay. A recommendation I have is if you have fridge space, you should get the All-Star Special and get the waffle it to go. It’s enough food for two meals and is definitively worth the cost.

Don’t go. I believe 2 families walked out never got served. The night waitress was arguing with her husband who was inside at the counter. We waited 30 minutes to get an order and the eggs were under cooked. Waffles over cooked and cold.

Walked in with my dad who I never get to see. The waitress was so busy standing there and cashing out 1 person. While another waitress looked confused. So I get Mrs confused to help us. Within 10 secs. She hands my dad part of his order and fails to give him the rest and we didn’t even have our drinks we were just sitting there like getting cold and they just gave to us. Then the lady gives me my sausage but didn’t give me my waffles or my eggs or my grits or anything else just my sausage. Never go back
