This Waffle House is usually amazing but my experience today will ensure I never return. Walked into an almost empty restaurant with almost no customers but plenty of staff however all of the tables available were dirty and hadn’t been properly wiped down. Before we barely sat we were badgered 3 times for our order within 1 minute of arriving. Some of our food was undercooked but overall good but as it was being served the waiter had to be called back behind the counter to properly wash his hands while we waited for food. At this point he our our food had been served before the cleanliness issue was caught. No offer to remake anything. The biggest shock was be verbally berated by the staff member cashing us out because I brought up the bad service. He then started taking pictures of my wife and I, along with our vehicle including license plate. Complete invasion of privacy and I felt very uncomfortable like I was going to be followed home or something. I will be filing a complaint with corporate but the whole experience was very strange.

I ordered all star special with hashbrowns with cheese, but got hashbrowns with onions and no cheese sent it back. They put a cold piece of cheese on the same hashbrowns with onions, and would not remake them without onions. Bacon was burnt. And when I told the server Jessica she didn’t care and still made me pay $16 even though I told her what was wrong, she just shrugged her shoulders and told me to have a wonderful day in a very sarcastic manner

If you like waffle house, this is a waffle house! And honestly, it wasn’t nearly as sketchy as some others I’ve been to. I went very late at night with a friend. It was only us and a couple tables of teens and young adults just minding their own business.

What can I say, it’s the Waffle House? It’s fast, inexpensive, and lives up to it’s history. Food was tasty, service was quick and friendly (and had some subtle wit to it). The breakfast bowl had the right mixture of savory, gooey, and tasty.

I love Waffle house so I was really disappointed today. My husband ordered double hash browns well done all the way. Everything was raw including the hash browns. I ordered mine smothered and potato chipped and they came half cooked and drowned in grease. The waitress was ablivious and it took us 15 minutes to get her attention to get coffee. When we showed the waitress the raw plate my husband had she said sorry and walked away. Huge disappointment and we won’t be going back for quite sometime. The worst restaurant
