Called around 10:06 this morning and put in an order . I had other things to do so it took about an hour to actually get there. When I got there the waitress said it was probably cold and asked the cook to make more . To me that it is very thoughtful and very caring about how the customer feels about their food .

I was on my way back to Nashville,TN, and stopped for breakfast. I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. This location knows customer service! My server was AWESOME! The entire staff spoke to me, and the cook personally came and asked if everything was good.. my reply was “best experience I’ve had at a Waffle House y’all need to come to Nashville and teach them.” Would and will visit them next time I come back through the area.

Me and the wife went to this establishment for some good ol fashioned WH. The lady who attended us was frustrated that my wife wanted her food done correctly. She didn’t even really speak to my wife and only spoke to me as my wife was the one paying for us. She did not attend to us besides the beginning and only offered me refills. Because of this my wife did not tip her and right after we exited the WH she came outside and flipped her off and said “thank you”. They refused to let us talk to the management team and she said “oh I’ve already talked to him baby”. This is absolutely ridiculous that this happened and we will not eat at this location again until Ashley is fired.
