They change staff every week. The items dont necessarily look like the menu pic, but the food is good. The heavyset cook/manager will speak when the waiter or waitress is ignoring you. The skinny man, formerly in IT, is very nice. The twins are nice but getting orders correct doesnt seem to be one of their priorities.

Ok, so after trying to contact a manager or cooperate; here is my review. The over night staff is very tricky and will pretty much charge you what they want to charge you. Three nights ago my husband and I decided we wanted breakfast for dinner. Where else can you get breakfast at 11:00 p.m? Right! Waffle House. So I went in to order. Ok so the value two for $5 burgers are no longer available sooooo. I ordered my husband the bacon Angus burger plate which cost $10.50 add $1.00 for chili and cheese that wasn’t on the hash brown. Okay so about $12-$13 dollars right. I ordered simply a sausage cheese and grits bowl with double sausage. The bowl it self is only $9.25 right. Ok cool add a waffle to that please. I calculate $28.25 right. The receipt says inclusive tax is $3.30.

Our food was brought out separately. First the waffles, then the eggs and grits, and the sausage 10 minutes later. We we’re given plastic silverware and another group was given regular silverware. I was gonna complain about it. But I just let it be.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated then they cleaned a table for us but table still had syrup on it. Our beverage were served, then our order was taken and we waited 20 minutes our eggs and hash browns were good and when we finished our breakfast they brought our sausage and no waffle! I think I will stay away from this waffle house

Waited 20 minutes for 2 waffles. Two parties came in after me and got food before me. Gave me an orange juice for waiting. There were more employees than customers. I don’t understand. This happened a few weeks ago.

Me and my wife and daughter came to this place and everything was cold they had a plate of bacon just seating on the table serving from it the managers argued for 10 minutes while changing shifts cursing and all and they are white smh I was expecting professional service with hot food I know it’s Bessemer but come on we should have good customer service to our people as well as in hoover or pelham I’ve been to there waffle house and I give them the best service

HAD AN BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE WAITRESS FOR MY ORDER WAS WRONG AND SHE FELT LIKE IT WAS OK, AND WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT, THE SUPERVISOR WENT LEFT FIELD ALSO. Below a zero. The waitress had BAD ATTITUDE, THE PLACE WAS NASTY. I WAS GETTING FOOD FOR A CO-WORKER. I’ll NEVER EVER EAT THERE.
