I ordered the All star with coffee. I asked for dark waffle, over medium well eggs, crisp bacon and hashbrowns scattered smothered and covered… I got a light waffle, over light eggs, undercooked limp bacon in a pool of grease and my hashbrowns were overcooked on one side and not cooked at all on the other with burnt onions. The server was sweet but the food was Awful! I went to the other Northport location to start with and sat down to a film on the lowbar so I tried to wipe it with a napkin and whatever was on the bar was a black residue . So I left and went to the location in front of lowes in northport where apparently the cook needs to be retrained.

My waitress never checked on me & when I got her attention because I needed jelly she flat out turned her back on me. After she gave me jelly she still never checked on me. I heard her ring people up as I was eating. She asked everyone except me how their meal was. I did not tip because she did NOT earn a tip from me. She never said thank you, have a good day, nothing.

We were in town for Alabama softball and the A Day game. This Waffle House was close to our Airbnb. We ate there every morning. Never gave us a reason not to. The service was exceptional and so very friendly. By our 4th day we felt like family with how we were greeted. Food was fast and delicious. Grits – yum! Saving this location as a favorite for sure!

This Waffle House location was great. Super friendly staff member, named Jennifer, even with an indecisive family like ours. Quick service that was right the first time. Bathrooms were CLEAN CLEAN! We will visit again.

I stopped for breakfast, it looked crowded from the parking lot, but when I walked inside, I was warmly greeted and told i would be seated as soon as a table could be cleared. I was immediately seated and asked what I wanted to drink and it was served right up, the the waitress took my order and a short time later I received my egg sausage & hashbrown breakfast bowl. It was delicious and filling, so I asked for a to-go container and I had 2 more meals from my take home. I’ll definitely keep going back to Waffle House!!!

After waiting for 40 minutes for our food we got raw bacon, raw waffles, toast not toasted, hair in the half cooked hash browns and roaches crawling across the table! Literally have never walked out of a place because I was so disgusted!

Food was delicious. I worked there about 3 years ago and have never tried the biscuits and gravy. I was not disappointed. I could had traded back the rest and had some more. And the Hashbrowns never disappoint, smothered, covered, chunked and topped. Had the Pecan-Peanutbutter waffle, oh so good. Bit crazy in there preparing for shift change, but the food was great.
