We came to this Waffle House for a quick meal, we have been waiting over an hour and the wonderful Jackie has been helping us. Her customer service is great and she’s been so nice. But she has been left alone at the front without her managers help, we watched the whole time we have been here (we are currently still sitting here waiting for our food) that the manager and another employee standing in the back giggling and laughing. After Jackie asked for help, the manager just laughed at her and left her to her own devices. Jackie is amazing but they need new management that will actually help their employees.

Been coming here for years and always come on the Monday evening shift. We’ve been through multiple waitresses and all have been good. The cook those evenings has never changed except due to rare illness or vacation and he’s the best of any waffle house by a long shot

The waffle house staff is excellent, as always at this location. The friendliness of the waitress was outstanding. She offered whipped cream for my coffee, which was something that she did not have to do. Her attention to detail was phenomenal!

I’ve only been to waffle house once before and it was 7 years ago. My wife and I went for dinner and got takeout to bring it home. Everything was AMAZING. I knew the waffles were great because that’s what I had tried before. The waffle I got did not disappoint. I got biscuits and gravy. It was the very last of the gravy they had that night so it was more thick than usual but it was still good. If the gravy was fresh it would have been incredible. My wife got a chicken hash brown bowl and it was amazing how good it was. The chicken was tender and seasoned perfectly. Waffle house really surprised us with how good it all was. We were expecting average breakfast food and we were presently surprised with how good it all was.

No quiero pensar que el trato que se nos dio es por ser latinos, pero todo el personal fue indifernte y despues de ese trato preferimos retirarnos. We waited 15 minutes at a dirty table from the previous guests and after that time a waiter raised the plates throwing everything, he even threw a dirty napkin at my husband and did not apologize for that. People who arrived after us were served.
