We were on our way back from FL to Memphis and had the best luck to pull up to THIS Waffle House. Ms. Tan and Big T made this the BEST Waffle House experience ever. I wish we could give TEN stars. Made an online order for myself and my coworkers before our shift started. This particular waffle house had gotten all three of our orders wrong. This is the second time I came here and they got my order messed up. We all had got hashbrown bowls and neither one had eggs on them. Explain to me how that even happened . On the menu, the hashbrown bowls come with eggs. I made a complaint online and still haven’t gotten a call back to resolve the issue. For some reason, franchises do not do good in this state and have bad customer service. Especially in Montgomery Alabama.

This has to be the best Waffle house I have ever ate at. I ate at 11 am March 28 ,I had a Sausage egg and hashbrown bowl. I am very picky person and this place was amazing. the Waitress was in training and did also an amazing job. Will be back to this location.

The place was clean and the food was great. My waitress was also good however …… The music was turned up way too loud and half of the staff was yelling the lyrics loudly. Their was what appeared to be a 60 year old cashier who was over the top loud ghetto and rude. When I asked her her to tone it down so that I can eat in peace.. . She ignored me and continued to sing. Waffle house please screen your employees carefully. I have including a pic of the rude cashier

Straight racist. Yeah, I’m a white dude and I drive big truck. I know about this WH and have stopped in before bc everyone is usually pretty nice BUT!!! This morning I drove 2 hrs knowing I’m gonna have some breakfast here. BUT !! No, no ,no!! You don’t open till 6am? I’m at the door at 5minutes till 6 and you wouldn’t open the door!!! Fuuuuck you!!
