This waffle house was busy and that is not necessarily bad. Me and two kids were able to order and get our food in less than 20 minutes. I am guessing that they are still following COVID protocols because we were given individually wrapped plastic ware that had the salt and pepper included and that is fine although I am not a fan but understand it helps and cuts down on dish washing. Food was good and kids were happy so calling it a win.

The food was great but when the manager started talking it made me embarrassed to be African American as well as made me lose my appetite. Her talk of racism and how she would fight made me think of how much ignorance is in the world. I love Waffle House, but will leave if she is there next time.

I ordered an omelette and honestly it was really greasy, extremely. Needed a lot of salt. The hash browns was decent. While the food wasn’t the best, we had the best service. Our waiter was named be Teri I think and she was amazing!

We came in around 750 pm and were told where we could sit.. the the waitress came from out back and said that the dining room closes at 8 pm. so we would have to get our food to go. We didn’t. We just left. These hours are not posted on the door or the website. Waitress missed out on a good tip. We took our business elsewhere. I didn’t realize waitstaff was allowed to set the hours anywhere. Huh, very progressive WH (sarcasm)….

When my girlfriend ordered, Terri was making faces and talking down to us saying “the gravy is an add-on” as if we don’t know. Then she proceeded to swipe both of our cards backwards and tell us our cards declined and are off. We went somewhere else and the cards worked fine…

To begin, i have had good experiences at this location before. However, on this particular night, service was absolutely hot garbage truck juice. The waitress who’s name begins with T was awful. She even screwed up communicating the order to the cook, who she ended up arguing with. On top of that, what a night to have tips automatically included in the price.

They need to clean more often, I found this place a little to nasty. The cutting board not cleaned the right way, need some sanitizing water to clean the board. No wonder they got a 85 on their health score.
