Absolutely love our local Waffle House. We usually go to eat there around the same time in the evening so the staff is usually the same and know us and our usual order. Food is great every time. We take care of my mother and she loves the hashbrown bowls so I take her about once a week.

This place is unsanitary inside and out. I already didn’t have great expectations as it is Waffle House. You know what to expect. However between the dirty tables, flies all over you and the food and my uncooked sausage I was done. Just bad.

As much as I love the food the staff really needs to be train on not being utterly rude when customers ask for simple things like plastic silverware i am very allergic to metal and this hasn’t happen just one time this has happen multiple times and I am done with the way the staff treats me they always got a ugly look on their face when I ask for something that simple they need to be train better cause not everyone has FOOD ALLERGIES some have STRANGE ALLERGIES and they are just as serious as a food allergy.

I don’t usually like writing a bad review but after 3 times experiencing terrible customer service from same waitress/cook ” Arianna ” I just about walked out today and wasn’t going to come back .she got an attitude over a request for omelet to be cooked by the cook the way she knows how to cook it. I didn’t mean to stir the next but I had a bad experience with said cook in the past made omelet and it was raw in the middle… I know a Old fashioned omelet isn’t easy to make so this time I just asked for the cook to make it the normal way . Waitress remembering i almost got sick last time said she would see if Desiree would cook it for me , she I guess was busy because Arianna jumped up with an attitude and said I’ll cook it !!! She wasn’t exactly nice about it. And kept insisting Miss Coons cooks good omelets , I told her I was fine with her cooking it ,the way she knows how to , but Arianna insisted she would cook it for me … I’m truly sorry if I offended miss Coons I really was not trying to do that ,I was trying to make it easier on her .

Haven’t had WH in a few years (and don’t think I’ve ever been to the one in Ozark) but convinced my husband to take me for our date night. I was so excited and it tasted just like I remembered. The staff and service were great but I will say if my kids had been with us the cussing from the staff would have bothered me. Overall it was wonderful and we will be back.
