Manager and waitress staff have horrible costumer service not to mention every it’s dirty and fixtures are so rusted. My niece had an accident and spill her drink we were willing to clean up but needed a rag to clean messed and waitress Lindsey got an attitude and threw at the table rag n walk off, unfortunately I feel it’s because manager on duty don’t mind since he is leading with same negative attitude as well..

Waffle House is it’s own experience. It’s a cook to order diner. They have a full menu but seem to specialize in traditional breakfast foods like eggs, bacon, toast, fried potatoes, grits, etc.

We are still sitting here. We walked in & was politely greeted by the cook. The waitress looked at us and turned her head. It was 3 booths and 4 ppl sitting at the bar area. My friend sat for a min, went to restroom, came back and still not even a head nod or acknowledgement from the waitress. We continue to talk to each other and after a while it dawns on me again. We haven’t been greeted or anything. We watched her walk pass us to three different tables a few times and I finally asked was she out server. She said yes but you have other people in front of you. I stated I understood if she was in the weeds. However, we hadn’t even been acknowledged nor asked what we wanted to drink. She said okay and walked away. She came back about five minutes later and asked what we wanted to drink. I would have been left but bring that my friend wanted Waffle House so badly and we both worked long shifts today I opted to stay. So, we finally ordered and hopefully it’s put in to the cook. My friends tea is now empty but he still wants to stay. This is one of the most disrespectful experiences. It’s beyond shocking because she’s a older lady. Most times it’s the younger generations that might lack work ethic.

Service was good. Nice employees. Food tasted good. No issues there. But middle of eating my daughter had to use bathroom shes 4 years old. Ladies restroom was messy the toilet had blood smeared all over the top of seat it was disgusting. Mens restroom was dirty, but cleaner the ladies room so we used it only because shes 4 years old couldn’t hold it. After that I pretty much lost my appetite after looking around the place as I sat there floors were disgusting water all under our table my daughter dropped her toy and her dress all on bottom got wet from dirty wet floor. Everything behind the counter just looked unsanitary. Definitely will not visit this location again.

We went to this Waffle House on 90 in Daphne Alabama me and my family ordered some food it was delicious we all were full and happy thanks to the cook they said his name was James. Thanks James for cooking us that great food hopefully you get a raise and recognize for your awesome work!!!
