I trusted her to make my three egg breakfast And their was no receipt in my bag but I came around 10: 35PM. My bby said eggs had aleeady been popped daddy she said :,( I come here all the time. Paid $28.80 for 2 meals

Waitress was not very attentive. Took customers order beside me then took 10 minutes to get my order. Never brought my drinks until another waitress asked what I ordered. Then after 2 sips of coffee asked for a refill then never tried to refill either drink the rest of my visit. Finally put in mine and customers beside me orders at same time. Received a waffle so cold that butter didn’t melt even after immediately putting it on it. I normally tip very well but felt the need to actually not tip for this instance. She couldn’t even call her orders out properly. Fortunately the manager was on the grill and coaxed the right information out of every order she called. I wish I could have tipped one of the other waitresses because they are the only reason I received any service.

Does anybody know of a waffle house in Mobile that knows how to cook grits and eggs.I tried a different location today and it was awful.Grits hard dry and big clumps eggs over medium and fried hard and to top it off hashbrowns we’re under cooked.I know it’s hard to find help but this location had 2 cooks 2 waitress and 2 other people doing nothing unreal.I will never stop at this location again im almost positive 1 of the guys not doing anything was a district manager but at least the older lady that was my waitress was nice.She even offered to take stuff of my bill she knew it was awful but I told her don’t worry about it cause I wouldn’t be back Location Mcdonald Rd by new Loves station

At this particular location the food was pretty good. I think the girl was new. I think she was overwhelmed. I remember those days. I’m not going to complain about it. The Waffle House near our residence was closed so we had to go to this one. It was all around a good experience. Anything that was messed up was redeemed. They were very nice
