This place was messy. Stuff all over the floor and 3 tables waiting to be cleaned. They were not crowded and appeared to be over staffed. The young lady that waited on us was very pleasant but slow. I asked for scrambled eggs well done. I sent them back because they were not cooked nearly enough. They were returned to me on the same plate with now cold hash browns.

The food was great. The service was great but if you get there after 10:00 p.m. you have to order your food to go after driving for hours. I really want to sit down and enjoy my food but instead I had to eat in my car. But other than that the food was great and the service was great.

This Waffle House stinks. It closes at 9pm on weekdays and 11:59pm “promptly” on weekends! That’s absolutely insane. I thought the whole point of Waffle House was to provide an average meal ANYTIME! Also this Waffle House will deny carry out orders if they feel they are “too busy.” Don’t be surprised when after waiting 30 minutes for a table to be turned away because it’s 8:45pm! 8:45! Oh and no take out. “Too busy.” Two separate times I have visited this location and been turned away. My favorite experience at this location was when the half wit waitress, after turning me and my family away, told me “Sir, this is not a Burger King we are not open 24 hours a day” Funny, I have never seen a Burger King that is open 24 hours just as I have never seen a Waffle House that closes and actively turns away business. Sad. Do yourself a favor and travel 10 minutes further down I85 in either direction to find a real Waffle House. I love Waffle House. I hate this location.

I am visiting from California for the 4th time and each time I come to Atlanta and Alabama, I fail to experience southern hospitality. No one greets you or even acknowledges you. We understand that you are short staff but at least say that we will be right with you instead of walking by us like you don’t see us. When you say something to them, they get an attitude and start acting like God.

They have a sign on the door that says no takeout on the weekends. However it’s a Monday and only 2 customers in there 1 including me. They stated they can’t do take out orders. I could understand if they were busy but it was only 2 customers total. They definitely pick and choose who they serve to. I will be calling corporate it’s always an excuse for them not serving and this isn’t the first time! Terrible customer service.!
