It’s a great waffle house on 80. My son works Monday through Wednesday 9 pm to 7 am. You want a great cook check him out. He’s proud of what he’s cooking. Enjoys his job and clean and customer awareness. He’s been in and out cooking since 17. Check him out for best waffle house food around

As usual the food was good. However, the server wasn’t trained correctly. Waffle house should teach them that when people go out to eat it’s because they don’t want to cook or clean. They expect to have the items they ask for. Beverage refills, pre-bussing the table, not waiting on a server talking to fellow servers, clean silverware and to be greeted at the door. Sweep the dang floor of food and trash! Offer to go beverage and containers. Spoil them with kindness and effective dining experience so they return. How hard is it to do those things, not hard. I worked as a waiter in school and make a lot of money. Hello Waffle house in Ladonia Alabama are you listening? I’m not a disgruntled patron I just expect more from such a well established business.

Tried to call at 9pm on a Saturday. Went to the voicemail saying they were busy and focused on the guests dining in the restaurant. They were not taking orders over the phone. So I drove to waffle house only to find 2 guests inside with 6 workers. I can understand if you are completely slammed not taking togo orders. But if there are more workers than customers then why do you not answer the phone?
