We love Waffle House! Many cars there. Sat at the bar but had a long wait for service – they were shorthanded and VERY busy. The expediter, Joy, was keeping things running. Our waitress, Unique, kept tabs on us while cleaning tables, stocking and delivering other orders. When our food arrived, I sent the eggs back to be recooked, but the rest was Delicious!!! They comped our meal due to the long wait time. We paid that kindness forward.

Our worst experience by far. Never got our biscuits n gravy, after asking twice. Our eggs didn’t come with cheese like was asked and on our ticket, so she brought out a slice of cold cheese. My cup had dried food stuck inside of it, and the workers were more worried about sitting down to eat than taking care of the only table in the restaurant. I know it’s just Waffle House but come on. Never once did we get an apology or anything. Even after we had to ask them to take the stuff we didn’t get off our bill. Workers weren’t rude, they just didn’t care, and it showed tremendously.
