Our waitress was amazing! The cook, impressive. He had everything memorized and was just chugging along actually caring about what he was creating for his customers. His right hand woman was just as impressive and organized and paying attention to the smallest details. They were packed this Sunday morning and they moved us in and out without feeling rushed and being completely satisfied.

We got here at shift change and they told us we had to wait on the next shift servers to come in to get waited on. There was a new 16 yr old girl Emya who said it was her first day took our order and everyone else whi came in while the first shift left her. The manager on duty stepped in to help. Proud of you Emya!!!!

Horrible experience!!! We have been waiting for this Waffle House to open for months….and what a disappointment! We walked in and only 2 tables where occupied ALL the others where dirty and full of old dishes. We had to sit at the dirty counter and wait 10 min for someone to acknowledge our presence. Another 15 for someone to take our order and another 45 to get our food, well…2 of us got our food, the 3rd had to wait until we finished eating to get her food. Coke machine wasn’t working, so no sodas, ordered coffee and even though they finished the coffee on us they didn’t start another pot. So when we asked for more we had to wait for them to start a pot. People where walking in and literally walking out because all the tables where dirty and no one was great in them. The kitchen was a MESS! The server dropped milk all over the floor and just left it…..I could say more but I think you get the point! Rude and unprofessional staff! Horrible! For corporate: please look into the staff that was present on 11/30/2017 at 7pm…. Ok

Absolutely awful! Got my order wrong… 3 times. Was there 45 minutes. And still had to pay for my order. I tip according and very well. When my order is made how I ask for it, I tip the cook and the waitress. Very very well. I am a picky eater and they had a few customers. But I recently had oral surgery, so I have to be. They also had 2 cooks(no excuse). 2 burgers wrong, 3 times. And when I finally got to leave, the orders were still wrong. I will start going back to the Smyrna location. Oh and while I was there for the last set of burgers to be made over, my hashbrowns were sitting there getting cold. So I had to microwave my food once I got home. I normally only go there. But they have went way downhill in the past year. Oh and what restaurant only has diced onions? And who puts diced onions on a burger. Look at the bacon. Not a good visit at all.
