I think I’m in love with the service and the food. We walked in on a Sunday at 1200 afternoon and it was packed. Yet through the chaos Selena the beautiful pregnant light skin. Said hi and they would be right with us. Following that Martina asked if she could help and take the to go order! This staff was busy but focused… stressed but graceful. I absolutely love this place. We’ve never had a problem with this waffle house until today, usually we go to waffle house when it’s 12 am or 1am but we decided to go earlier today, i found hair in my eggs while i was eating..this is DISGUSTING! don’t come to this waffle house unless it’s closer to midnight, 3rd shift would never do this to us.

Where do I start, what’s funny is my husband thought this place was going to be great because of the neighborhood. As soon as he went to take a drink of his coffee I notice a lipstick mark on the cup!! The coffee cup they gave him was dirty in the middle of a pandemic. When the waitress found out she down played the whole thing and said we scared her and she thought something happened. That whole part was crazy but even outside of that event I would still would have wrote a bad review. My scrambled eggs were basically egg pancakes and the bacon was like sticks. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Usually like this place, but today when we went in, I should have known that no one working was going to do the right thing when they didn’t even great us as is normally done at every Waffle House. Then after waiting for one of the many tables to be cleaned, we sat down and none of the workers acknowledged us. In fact Diego cleaned another table and then took the drink order from the people who came in after us while we are still sitting there and no one came to our table. We actually liked Diego as one of our favorite servers but after today I don’t believe we’ll be back and we’ll definitely not recommend this Waffle House to anyone again!

The food was good the service was fantastic. I came back to this place a couple days ago with my sister the food was not very good. I ordered a burger and what they gave me was a bricket in a bun. Just a flat piece of coal. Never again.

This location is very clean and looks renovated. The service was terrible. Our waitress(who was very much pregnant) definitely did not want to be there. They were only allowing half of the usual amount of customers due to the vurus, but it took twice as long to get our food. They didn’t even bother making the waffles correctly. If you like pecan waffles, expect the pecans to be thrown on after they are made.
