Springfield Waffle House is the BEST waffle house I have ever been to. It is very well managed. Everyone on staff is working quickly to get food out and service their guests. Cherry is back!!! Wooohooo. We love cherry! And the cooks have hit it out of the park here lately. Good stuff. Excited to come back. Atmosphere only 4 stars due to the smell in the bathroom but that is literally every restaurant around here lately. Sewage issue I am sure. Bathroom was CLEAN, super clean. Ol Charlie’s is the same way the sewage is just rough in some places for whatever reason

So at the very least, the grill cook on the evening of May 4th, was the VERY FIRST IN 5 VISITS, at this location to get my Texas cheese steak with no bacon, add tomatoes and sauteed onions to my sandwich and double order of hashbrowns correct.

I wish they had pork chops or steak and hamburger steak, that would be great and I think it would improve Business and I don’t know what they pay but I know they’ve went up on prices, maybe they could pay a little more and have enough staff, the workers would have more support and hey more offers on their menu. Sometimes you want more than hamburgers and sausage and bacon, other than that I like waffle house even if I do have to wear a jacket or long sleeve shirt to sit through a meal.oh and by the way you don’t even show omelettes on the menu.

Only issue air conditioning on customers was cold. This makes your food cold. Can’t enjoy your meal. Don’t understand why air flow over hot grill can’t be changed without freezing customers.

“Ms. Sky” was very rude and threw down my to go order even though I tipped her generously after my CHILD and i were talked to like a dog.. my waffle was burnt my eggs weren’t cook and i am NOT one to complain, but this lady acting this way was not cool….
