It was good. Loud, busy but not overly crowded until we were leaving. We easily overheard a tutorial/argument over Big 10 vs. SEC football. That was aggressive but entertaining.

Absolutely horrendous experience! First there was not 1 person In restaurant when we ordered. Order simple food with a young lady (17) who seems relatively new or inexperienced. She seemed to be the only one working until we came back to pick up food when another younger male (16-19) was also there. Lady charges us $21 for all star and grilled cheese only WHAT! So we ask for receipt and I go bring it to my mother (71) to view it and we noticed $1.75 and another $1.75 charge plus tax! So being on a fixed income she wasn’t happy as we weren’t aware of such fees. Ok so she nicely went inside with me to ask for a refund of fees. Girl had no idea what to do and calls this Manager/owner who was extremely disrespectful on the phone shouting via speaker phone at my mother that it’s a surcharge and no refunds! As my mom was getting frustrated with the lack of respect, customer service, care for customer she only got more irritated and walked out! As she did the young girl (17 not naming names per their age) was still on phone with said manager laughing hysterically while my moms back was turned walking out. I was in the car watching this and got irrate watching this young lady disrespect her elders by laughing at them. I went in yelling at her due to her lack of respect and requested manager/owner contact info. Young gentleman gave the info to me as the girl went hiding in the back.

I placed an order over the phone for a double cheese burger with Sauteed mushrooms got there they said they only had 1 patty which was fine got my stuff and when I got home I had a burnt burger and onions no mushrooms…. i HATE onions And i could understand if they were busy but I was literally the ONLY person there

I don’t normally review restaurants but I’m about to start, and I’m starting with this one. Our server, Johnny, came to our table. First, no greetings, nothing, we had to do the greeting. Fine. Johnny offered some coffee. 10 minutes later, no refill. Johnny comes to take order, still no refill on the coffee. We ordered eggs, well fried, with our meals. 10 minutes later, order arrived, eggs sunny side up. We told Johnny we ordered eggs well fried, Johnny gave an attitude, snatched the plates up with such aggression, offered no apology, headed to the kitchen to have them re-done. Johnny, don’t spend so much time on your phone while you have a table, and your attitude alone was enough to manslaughter our appetite. We got up and proceeded to pay for the 2 cups of coffee we got, and the cashier, Ashley, paid us no mind, AT All. Tended to everyone else at the counter, even to those who came up behind us, then walked away, still not acknowledging us. At which point we just left. Went to another waffle house and someone mentioned how sloppy that restaurant is it’s appalling. Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back to that location to eat EVER AGAIN.

Arielle was the best waitress we have had at a Waffle House in EVER! She was incredibly attentive and humble when I complimented her. She was training while running the show! She killed it! The food was cooked to perfection! Leslie was polite and friendly when checking out. I didn’t get the kitchen staffs names but thank you all for making it a great experience for me and my fiancé!
