My son and I went here for dinner before he left to move out of state, it was only the two of us besides the three employees there. My food was cold, the three of them talked openly amongst themselves. I felt the customer service could have been better, the food could have been better, I felt they didn’t meet expectations considering we were the only two customers there. Too bad..

Best Waffle House in Nashville. The staff on 1st shift is the friendliest and most attentive crew I have ever seen at a waffle house. Food was amazing and cooked perfect by the cook Zach and manager Stacy. Always a good time when I come in. My server is either Jerri or Fernando when I come in and neither ever disappoint. Service was fast. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating. I’ll wait until the peak of summer to come back. This place is ice cold. I’m cold natured anyway. So, what do I know?! However, my companion is hot natured and froze. We’ll be back for the great service and fast food In August; maybe even July! Also, if you’ve never had a Waffle House biscuit, you’re missing out. Ask for a side of apple butter. Yum!

Good place to go,and honestly not many other spots to go eat at.Wafflehouse easier to go through than say always crowded crackerbarrel. Wafflehouse one of last good places to eat at.Sure some are better than others,but it’s the point of them being still in bussiness that makes them a good choice,and not many places to eat anymore.
