Missy was a fabulous server. She was bright, cheery and accurate. Honestly, Best service I’ve had there since the pandemic. The other 2 ladies who were there seemed pleasant as well. They were chatty with each other and laughing. It was nice to see people getting along.

The RUDEST waitresses and obviously not very intelligent since their choice of behavior towards customers is reflected in tips. Must explain why the 20% upcharge on togo food is mandatory & built into the price. Avoid. Cracker Barrel is literally RIGHT down the road. This place has trash service. Left without ordering because girls had nasty “I’ll get there when I get there” attitudes.

My food was delicious but we had to wait awhile before we got it because the waitress forgot about our order. I also had to have my tea replaced because there was food floating around in the tea. Yuck. The waitress was nice but thats not good enough. Need better service. Did I mention the food floating in my tea?

Dress for negative temps! However; Compared to others, this location has the best service. Food was perfect. Coffee was hot and fresh. They have more staff than I’ve seen in a long time. Our waiter was friendly, fun, accommodating and entertaining. Our overall dine in experience was pretty good!

Lazy people sitting down finally got waffle after meal dirty place and they just to lazy had breakfast only good thing I seen was my bacon was cooked perfectly crisp! Need to get them to cleaning if they have time to sit they have time to clean

We havnt been to WH in some time. It was the BEST! Our waitress was great. We didn’t have cash. We paid with card. We ATTEMPTED to tip 20%. The ticket was different then I’ve seen. There was no tip line. There were 2 lines for some service fees. Maybe 2 go order and a service fee??? I used the line fir tip. The gentleman that rang me up, looked like a possible manager, ran my card. The waitress came up and questioned the way he rung it up. He seemed to brush her off and walked away. She said he rang it up including g her tip and that she would not receive her tip. I felt her tip was well deserved. I told her i was sorry and asked if she could call him over and explain the problem and seeing he could remedy this. She sadly just replied no. I wish I had cash to give her. I hope to visit again and give her extra next time.

Our server (Tiana) was rude and didn’t check on us at all. The eggs weren’t cooked all the way. The toast was really small compared to the other waffle house. Over all just drive a few extra minutes to 5771 Old Hickory Blvd, Hermitage, TN 37076 they had way better service and food.
