By far the worst service I have gotten. Waitress lazy and on her phone instead of serving us. Was told they were on hold and couldn’t take our order right now including getting drinks. The person checking me out was rude and just walked away after hitting a button so I could pay with a card. I will never be back. Food was good when we finally got it an hour and a half later.

Place is empty every table is dirty and it’s an inconvenience to clean them. Food was cold, under cooked or burnt. Imagine a waffle you can’t cut with a fork. But it’s too cold to melt butter. Avoid this location like the plague.

Worst service ever. I came across n and was greeted but then the person that greeted me went to cook and the other workers were apparently on break so no one came to take my order. There are at least six or more workers here but just the one cook. 20 more bites and still no order taken.

Took 20 minutes for a waffle and only 5 customers in store. Had 5 workers doing a lot of talking instead of working. Cook said they didn’t hear the order. Oh my. Food was good once it got to us.

Ugh… the food was gross… there was a cockroach on the table after we finished our food. The whole restaurant was a disgusting mess. The employees not only hate their job but they hate their customers too. GROSS!

I am creating this review as a regular customer during the overnight shift. The customer service here is simply atrocious, and has only gotten worse over the last several weeks. The servers are inattentive, even downright rude in their open ignorance of customers sitting down. I have had to directly go to the counter to order, and even then, my order wasn’t written down or passed to the cook. I cannot recommend strongly enough that the overnight crew be retrained or replaced.

My husband and I went to the Waffle House on Park Stone at 2:40am and the whole staff (4 people) were standing in the back of the store smoking weed. There were 4 cars with couples in them, not including my husband and myself waiting to go in and eat.

Walked in to dine in tonight and half the sitting area was full so we went to sit in the other half and we was stopped and told that section is closed . Honestly I think it’s where they was just being lazy and didn’t want to wait on anybody. Not the first time I’ve recieved poor service at this location .
