The store was disgusting. I assumed I would be seated after they cleaned a table but no they continued to chat with each other. I understand they are probably just finishing up their lunch/after church crowd but my son and I went in and weren’t even acknowledged the whole 7 minutes we waited so I left and came to Cracker Barrel. I previously worked for Waffle House many years ago but the first thing we were trained to do was speak to customers. It would have literally took 5 seconds to say I’ll be right with you

Came in to place a to go orders and was told we are not doing to go orders today because we were short staffed . I took a pic of what they are saying it’s short staffed looks like going to send to corporate. My last few visits have not been good here. I try to be patient cause I know everyone is struggling but this is crazy they weren’t even busy. Could have made one order to go especially since I walked through the door. Then a person walks in right after me to place a to go orders in waiting to see if they get there order to go. And I am going to take a picture of this parking lot. My food was barely warm. My friend ate around for T-Bone and she got to the middle it was bloody raw. They took her happy and T-Bone and put it back on the grill and cooked it. The service was horrible….
