This restaurant was packed, but it was a short wait. Mrs Inez was our server. She is a precious lady. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. We were greeted by the staff when we entered. The lady that was the manager was doing a great job of making sure the customers were taken care of and tables promptly cleaned. This is the best service we have ever received at Waffle house. Kudos to this team!

The food was good, the cooks work hard. Our server was not as attentive. But if you are lucky enough to be seated in Aquanettea’s (hope I have the spelling correct) section. From my observation she is very attentive, her customers were served and attended too much faster and seated after us. I complimented her and her work ethics.

the music was the only good thing about my experience, they played some bangers! but, my “medium” steak was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. the sweet tea i ordered tasted like decaf coffee. the bugs are terrible also. they’ll eat more of your food than you will. i had to swat at flies nonstop!!!

We were never waited on after being given a menu at the bar. Numerous employees behind the counter but they appeared to be more interested in talking among themselves then to wait on customers. We waited waited approximately 15 minutes before getting up and walking out. They did not appear to notice we left or didn’t care. The counter and seats were filthy. Left here and went to Wendy’s just down the road.

Tunica location….waited a while for a table…4th of July. The restaurant is too small for the amount of people they were serving, but crew was EXETREMELY professional & courteous. Their behavior & professionalism helped diners OVERLOOK the companies poor construction of the restaurant & the lack of extermination control with the flies. You have good employees Waffle House, but FIX everything else.

The staff was great, our waitress was a bubbly breath of fresh air. The food was good, the grits were on point and the hamsteak was tender and flavorful. The coffee was lackluster but overall I’d definitely stop in again in my travels.

If I could give an negative amount of stars i would. I use to be a server so i understand the long tiring hours but i also understand being groomed in order to serve customers. The server lacked customer service by far. Not to mention the bugs. I can excuse bugs from outside flying in but to have a bug in my drink was baffling. I would never eat here nor will I recommend it. Better yet I recommend them closing to clean up cause that was extremely disgusting!

I recently visited the Waffle House with my child and it was a delightful experience. My child absolutely loves their waffles and we make it a point to visit every now and then. The staff at the Waffle House are always super friendly and make us feel welcome. However, I must say that I was slightly disappointed that we didn’t get to witness any fights or crazy events while we were there.
