It was our first visit to Waffle House and we were very impressed with both the food and service. We were greeted by the staff as we walked through the door, seated quickly. Server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered a cheese omelette with hasbrowns and crispy bacon and the two egg breakfast with crispy bacon. Food arrived quickly, tasted excellent and was exactly as ordered. Coffee and orange juice were both really good. I would definitely recommend this Waffle House.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered and the waitress brought my food then we sat for 30 min and never saw the other order. 3 groups came in after us and got their food. When I asked the waitress after 20 minutes of waiting, if the cook was working on my husband’s order, she just turned and walked away without any type of response. We finally got up and paid for my meal (which I didn’t eat b/c I waiting for my husband to get his food too) and left. That was the most pathetic and sorry excuse for service I have experienced. The quality of help at the Olive Branch WH is below trash. The manager should be fired for allowing such and the owner should be appalled. We will NEVER go back to that restaurant. EVER.

The waitress was amazing and very attentive. However!!…and she only bagged my order. My double waffles were double nasty. I was appalled that they wouldn’t take the time to recook my waffles. I most definitely would have appreciated it. My husband had worked for Waffle House for YEARS. This would have never happened under his watch. The restaurant was notified so hopefully they will respond.

Great service and always great well cooked food. WH y’all should increase the size of your restaurants , and put some at or near a truck stop like Loves, or Flying J. Build it and we will come.
