4 employees were behind the register with less than 10 customers that had already been served. We seated ourselves as the sign said, sat at our booth for 15 minutes, watched the table right beside us get checked on twice, and never once were we asked if we would like to order. 10/10 do not recommend.

I had the great misfortune of visiting this waffle house, not only did I over hear the employees belittling what I assumed was another waffle house worker online with their phones, the place was just less than something to be desired. Poor service, subpar food with little care. No warm welcome – nothing. You’re better of bypassing this place altogether as I will be contacting corporate. Just go to McDonalds.

So I am not sure why every Waffle House All up the East Coast and Southern States Change 2.00 extra for a waffle on the All Star and this one charges 4.00. I am not sure I understand. Came here to eat supper after going to Winter Jam. The waitress was new, but she was professional and doing her very best. They were very busy (we weren’t the only ones who showed up from winter jam that night) so we did have to wait about 30 minutes to get a booth. We were promptly served after being seated. The cook did a wonderful job preparing our meal even though he was being slammed with orders. Everything was cooked and delivered exactly how we ordered it. My husband and I like over medium eggs (where the white is COMPLETELY cooked through, but yolk still runny) but nowhere we go can ever get then right. So I ordered scrabbled with mine. My husband took a leap of faith and ordered over medium. THIS COOK GOT THEM PERFECT YALL!! This waffle house is by far the best one we have been to in a long time. If every WH could have the team they had that night working daily, they’d be doing a lot better. I wish I had got their names so I could let their higher ups know what an amazing Job their doing as a team.

My dad went in the restaurant and the minute we walked in the cook was talking to someone at the counter they were so loud that my dad and I could not here each other just sitting inches apart. It was so bad that we got up and left. No class whatsoever. It was not busy so the only noise in the place was the cook and customer at the counter. It’s a shame Waffle House hires people like this. It’s worse that they keep them employed. Good thing I wasn’t a secret diner. My dad loves Waffle House we go there after his Dr. appointments (his 76 yrs old) and he just wants to enjoy his waffle without someone screaming and yelling at someone a foot from them. Oh and the handicap parking is a joke. The parking spots are furtheredt from the door instead of closet to the door why is that?
