This was my first time ever coming to a Waffle House! It was the best experience and the best damn pecan waffle I’ve ever tasted! The waitress and I had a laugh about the pronunciation of “pecan”. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Will be coming back to this location when I visit down south.

When they are slow, the food and service is wonderful. However, if 3+ cars are in the parking lot, they will not accept online or call in orders. Sitting outside, seeing only 4 tables full inside, and they won’t answer the phone. It’s hit or miss at this location.

This was the best waffle house I’ve been to so far. I am so amazed by the service. I got my order in a short amount of time. I got the pork chop meal and I am glad I chose it. It came with two pork chops, salad (which can be substituted for another choice) , hash browns, and a piece of toast. The food was perfect. It was warm and was cooked right. The manager was the one that served us and she was so nice and was active. I recommend this waffle house in Magee

I went in and ordered my all time fav The chops Southern Classic style with Raisin Toast and the Presentation was phenomenal. The cook and staff were so kind to me . Best experience I’ve had from a Waffle House in years and to think it was just take out! Keep up the good work Guys. Awesome customer service is definitely applauded and very much appreciated. My daughter and i had a very enjoyable experience in this store. My daughter has ADHD and missed her meds today. She was very energetic. But she was treated with love and respect by everyone including the other patrons!! Our server was Holly and she served us with professional style service. She took our order promptly even though the store was packed. Our meal was prepared perfectly to our specifications. Holly kept an eye on us and made sure we didnt run out of anything. Everyone knows these type of restaurants dont pay the hoghest of wages but all the staff performed as if they were paid a 5 star restaurant wage. I would recommend this store to everyone. Good job Holly!!!

Horrible customer service. We go in, sit down, remove dirty plates from the table. All tables had dirty plates. They never took a party of 5 order. We sat for 15 mins. Lazy people. Food looks awful from what I saw on the tables.
