8/11/23 My daughter and I stopped by to get something to eat on our way back home to Senatobia Ms. We started eating and realized the food was fully cooked. My daughter found hair in her food so we stopped eating, paid and left. As we got down the road , we both felt sick. Once we made it back home I ended up calling the ambulance for my daughter and we’re told we both had food poisoning. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT THERE!!

No one greeted us , I didn’t know you had to ask for well done scrambled eggs.They were barely cooked right alone with the bacon as well, No one is wearing any hair nets , because I found a piece of hair in my grits bowl.

Just ate here…our service was terrible our waitress didn’t want to wait on us would rather be on her cell phone , not friendly at all when we ask for silverware she got a glass and put hot water in it and put the silverware in it and handed us the glass with the silverware in it. Wont be back to this Waffle House ever again…Please train your employees how to treat consumers…

I called in a to go ordered this location is only allowing to go orders. The person told me my order would be ready in 7 minutes which is was. When I arrived they were bagging the last of my order. The service was a little slow, it was only 2 other customers besides myself and my order was ready but I stood around for another 7 minutes or so waiting on the employee to total up everything. The food was good. No complaints other than maybe they can be a little more efficient.

It was our first visit here with excellent parking. We were not greeted as we stood at the counter, but when they did it was a pleasant experience the gentleman cooking was very attentive and understood exactly what my grandson wanted to be done with his eggs. The food was season well tasted great.

The food I ordered ( the Texas cheesesteak plate with the bacon on the side) was delicious but the customer service from the women sucked terribly on my first visit. I tried calling to speak to the manager but no answer from looking the place up online since the female provided awful service and didn’t give me my receipt. It almost made me feel like she gave the watered down soda and handful of one dollar bills on purpose.
