Only complaint, my wife’s raisin toast was a bit stale. Service was sublime. Food was great, as usual. I’ve been eating at Waffle House’s for over forty years. This was the newest, fanciest one we’ve ever been to. Maybe it’s a new footprint. But it was so much larger than the old footprint it almost felt like a different restaurant. And they have removed a few items from the menu. But the food was “en-pointe!!”

First time at this Waffle House. Took family of 4 on Saturday morning. We have never had such outstanding service! Dee was our waiter and it was great entertainment sitting at the bar watching the orchestration of the team. Dee was not only exceptional in his service but was so friendly and kind to our kiddos too…even giving them some “extras”. Our food was spot on as ordered and delicious. I’m usually not a huge fan of waffle house but this location changed my mind. Between the four of us we had everything from bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, hash-browns and of course, waffles. We all left with happy and full stomachs.

Great waffle house. 3am service was great. The staff was effective. There was a mix up with my order and they noticed before I did. They worked to fix it quickly which was AWESOME. Super efficient in cleaning the tables. Everything was cooked as well.

I’ve been to a Waffle House a few (million) times in my life. This location nailed it. I feel like if corporate was looking for a training store this place would be it. Perfect waffles, eggs, and hash browns. Don’t stop!

I’ve been here a couple of times and I’ve always had extra slow service compared to other Waffle Houses in town, and they are always getting the order wrong; twice now they’ve forgotten the actual waffle. Today my waitress didn’t even write anything down and they messed up 3 parts of the order and she said I was extra needy for continually asking for the what I originally ordered!

I spent $43 on two party melts with double hash browns and got nothing I ordered and even confirmed my order on the phone and when I picked it up. I couldn’t get anyone to help correct the order or help. They were not that busy and had 6 people , that I counted, working. All I wanted was my money back and can’t get anyone to respond. I’m done with the excuses, I work hard for my money as well and expect what I pay for., or at least some respect.

Was told the cook was the manager (if that’s who you’re willing to call management, SHAME ON YOU!) and as someone who has seen a 4am staff at a Waffle House just a few times, this location takes the cake as the worst! Absolutely disrespectful with no reason. Wouldn’t hire a single one of them to clean a pig pen.

I so won’t be coming back to this location. It is a restaurant not a daycare. Between the staff taking care of screaming toddlers. causing osha regulations, bugs crawling up the walls, the chef getting food wrong and burning it, I assume because the kids were his. Needless to say I still won’t be back.
