So first off we are Canadians and have never had Waffle House before. I will say that the staff here were amazing. Super sweet, fast and helpful. That being said if you like Waffle House food this is likely a fantastic spot for you. I just wasn’t a fan of the food that for 2 basic adult meals and one child’s meal cost us $37 CAD. The food is definitely not for us.

Thanks to the grill master “Rock Star” on Plaudit Place Waffle. What a great breakfast experience. Grill master “Lexi” was fantastic! If he is working the grill. Sit at the bar. We had great food and he created great atmosphere with his staff. He changed my opinion. Of Waffle House from a negative to a high positive! Keep Lexi happy. He is making a difference for your company! In a world where customer service is below standard in many places. This place is a class act above others.

It was a great dining experience. I came around 4:30 AM and all of the waiters were super nice. I got a waffle with chocolate chips and peanut butter chips and the food was great, especially nice right before I take my AP test. The only problem wasn’t even the restaurant’s fault: there were 7 people that were being loud and rude and even with that, the waitresses were being patient and kind to everyone. I will definitely have to go again!

We loved the atmosphere of the whole place ! All of the emoyees were running for their customers, but had great service & great personalities. The cook even stopped for a second to thank the patrons for coming in !! You never see that ! WH food is always delicious !

We stopped by for breakfast during our trip to the Kentucky horse park. What more can I say? The food was delicious, it came out super quick, the waitress was kind and attentive, and we left full. I don’t know why waffle houses get a bad rep these days. This one and our one at home in Cookeville TN are awesome. It’s worth a shot for a quick hot meal.
