went in was kinda busy so opted to get our food to go. Big mistake they choose to make everyone else’s food first even people that arrived 20 min after we placed our order. took about an hour to get a carry out, and on top of that they charged us an additional 10 percent for doing a carry out. Went in to eat and the waitress completely ignored us. Another family came in and they were waited on. Got their orders placed. Waitress walked right by us and never even acknowledged we were there. Waited about 10-15 minutes and we just up and left. Never had a problem with this location before until today.

I was pleased to see that the restaurant had a full staff working well together & had new hires in training. Not very crowded, as it was in between meal hours. I sat at the counter & watched them work to fix my meal & others. I was impressed. All employees were very friendly & helpful. My food was very good, not greasy, & presented well. My only negative comment would be that the supervisor on duty at any point of a shift, should be able to provide clean aprons for employees that may be wearing a dirty one. Aprons may need to be changed every 4 hours or so, depending on how greasy it is.

When you live in an area that does not have Waffle House, it’s a must for me to stop at one when you can. Everything was great except for the one customer that was rude with a server. Please people, treat others with some sort of respect and dignity, it goes a long way!!!

My breakfast was awesome!! Crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and the grits were to die for. Creamy, buttery, salty deliciousness. Service was fast and friendly, and watching all the women behind the counter working like a well-oiled machine to deliver all the customers their tasty breakfasts was inspiring. Can’t wait for my next road trip south so I can visit Waffle House again.
